Custom shoe requests
The request form collects your name, phone number, district, model choice, preferred consultation time and optional foot measurements. These details are used to arrange consultations and measurement appointments, confirm production details and track delivery. A summary of your name, phone, district and model is sent to the business Telegram notification channel. Foot measurements and free-text notes are kept in the authorised management panel and are not included in Telegram messages. Telegram is also a service provider in this request process.
1. Categories of processed data
- Identity and contact: first name, surname, email and phone.
- Customer transactions: account, address, bag, order, payment status, delivery, cancellation and return records.
- Transaction security: session, IP, date/time, error and security logs.
- Requests and complaints: support correspondence and resolution records.
- Marketing: preference and communication records only where the required legal basis or separate explicit consent exists.
2. Purposes of processing
Data is processed for account access and secure Google sign-in, forming and fulfilling orders, reserving stock, tracking payments, invoicing and accounting, delivery, withdrawal/returns, customer support, fraud prevention, information security, legal obligations and establishing, exercising or protecting rights.
3. Legal grounds and collection methods
Data is collected through web forms, account access, order and support channels using automated or partly automated methods. Processing relies on Article 5 of the KVKK: forming or performing a contract, the controller's legal obligations, establishing/exercising/protecting rights and legitimate interests that do not harm fundamental rights; explicit consent is used only where required.
4. Transfers and service providers
As necessary, data may be shared with hosting and security providers, Supabase, Google authentication, shipping companies, payment/banking institutions, accounting and electronic document providers, competent public authorities and legal advisers. Transfers to overseas infrastructure providers require appropriate safeguards or another valid transfer condition under Article 9 of the KVKK.
5. Retention periods
Data is retained as needed for its purpose and for mandatory periods under consumer, tax, commercial, accounting and dispute laws, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Security logs are kept for proportionate periods consistent with risk and law.
6. Data subject rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, check use for its intended purpose, identify recipients, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion/destruction when conditions are met and notification to recipients, object to automated analysis results and seek compensation for unlawful processing.
7. How to apply
Send requests to the controller using the email or address above, with information identifying you and explaining the request. Identity verification may be required for security. Requests are answered as soon as appropriate and within 30 days at the latest.
